Bitdefender isn't the most common name in the antivirus market but it is not one to be overlooked. In fact, if you go to the Bitdefender website you will be hard pressed to even locate their free antivirus solution. However, if you search deep enough you will eventually find it and you will be glad that you did. Bit defender is a full featured free antivirus. The key feature that differentiates Bit Defender from other antivirus is that its scanning engine is not any different from their regular paid antivirus. The program is an ICSA labs certified product meaning that its scanning performance has been evaluated and meets or exceeds the strict detection standards set forth by the ICSA security organization. Therefore, Bitdefender is an extremely good solution for your antivirus protection. I have used Bitdefender and found its virus and spyware scanning to be very effective. Unfortunately, the free edition doesn't include an always on protection capability. So, you will need to find an alternative solution to have that capability or install the paid Bit defender antivirus. Nevertheless Bitdefender will provide a great addition to your virus defense chest.

Regardless of what you are doing on your computer, spyware terminator will protect it at all times. Spyware terminator will also display in easy to understand language what infection it has found and what steps you need to take to delete the spyware. The software also includes a boot virus cleaner. What this means is that for the worst virus and spyware infections Spyware terminator can clean the spyware even before your computer boots up and enters windows. The program also has free updates and even provides free email support. According to the spyware terminator website, the software even has integration with Clamwin antivirus (which I have reviewed before) to provide additional protection. The company even offers free email support. In summary, I am not exactly clear how they can provide all of these features for free but the software is legitmate and the company is real.
